- Make friends with the locals and possibly take your children to spend the day visiting a children’s orphanage.
- Get to the beach for 5.30 – 6.00 A.M, watch the sunrise and have a breakfast picnic on the beach.
- Spend the day at a natural water-fall, be sure to avoid peak times.
- Take the children on an outdoor adventure. While zoo’s and tours maybe expensive – try snorkelling and child-friendly festivals!
- Give them pocket money and take them to markets for souvenirs and arts and crafts.
